Protect critical electronics in volatile atmospheres with our precision-cast Ex-proof enclosure series.
CNC-machined 316L or 304 stainless steel delivers IP66/IP68 sealing against dust, water and corrosion, while patented flame-path threads cool ignited gases below auto-ignition temperature for Class IIA, IIB, IIC gases and T6 temperature class.
Each junction box is certified ATEX, offering global compliance for oil refineries, chemical plants, offshore platforms, LNG terminals, hydrogen stations, paint booths, grain silos and mining sites.
Choose from different sizes, request custom cut-outs, hinged lids, viewing windows, terminal rails, DIN plates, mounting feet and internal earth studs. Thread options include M20, M25 etc, dual-certified glands; lid-retention chains prevent dropped parts during maintenance. Temperature range –50 °C to +180 °C, laser-marked nameplate never fades.
